### sec.161 Continuing application of former pt 4, div 2 This section applies if— before the commencement, a person made an application under former section 44; and immediately before the commencement, the application— had not been decided under former section 44; and was not taken to have been withdrawn under section 45(2); and had not been otherwise withdrawn. Former part 4, division 2 continues to apply in relation to the application as if the Health and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2022 had not commenced. In this section— former , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement. s 161 prev s 161 exp 1 July 2005 (see s 161(3)) pres s 161 ins 2022 No. 1 s 112 (sec.161-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person made an application under former section 44; and immediately before the commencement, the application— had not been decided under former section 44; and was not taken to have been withdrawn under section 45(2); and had not been otherwise withdrawn.
