### sec.150 Pending applications for licences under pt 5 of the former regulation
This section applies to each of the following applications made under part 5 of the former regulation pending immediately before the commencement—
an application for a licence;
an application for the renewal of a licence;
an application for the transfer of a licence.
The application lapses and the fee paid by the applicant to a local government for the application must be refunded in full to the applicant by the local government.
(sec.150-ssec.1) This section applies to each of the following applications made under part 5 of the former regulation pending immediately before the commencement— an application for a licence; an application for the renewal of a licence; an application for the transfer of a licence.
(sec.150-ssec.2) The application lapses and the fee paid by the applicant to a local government for the application must be refunded in full to the applicant by the local government.
- (a) an application for a licence;
- (b) an application for the renewal of a licence;
- (c) an application for the transfer of a licence.
