### sec.148 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may—
prescribe ways to minimise the risk of infection relating to personal appearance services; and
set fees payable under this Act and the matters for which the fees are payable including fees for section 9 (3) (b) ; and
impose a penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of a provision of a regulation.
(sec.148-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
