### sec.146 Delegation by chief executive
The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers under this Act to the following appropriately qualified persons—
a public service employee in the department;
a health service employee under the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011 .
In this section—
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
a person’s classification level in the department

(sec.146-ssec.1) The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers under this Act to the following appropriately qualified persons— a public service employee in the department; a health service employee under the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011 .
(sec.146-ssec.2) In this section— appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power. a person’s classification level in the department
- (a) a public service employee in the department;
- (b) a health service employee under the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011 .
