### sec.146 Delegation by chief executive The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers under this Act to the following appropriately qualified persons— a public service employee in the department; a health service employee under the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011 . In this section— appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power. a person’s classification level in the department s 146 amd 2011 No. 32 s 332 sch 1 pt 2 (amd 2012 No. 9 s 47 ) (sec.146-ssec.1) The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers under this Act to the following appropriately qualified persons— a public service employee in the department; a health service employee under the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011 .
