### sec.132 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it—
the chief executive’s appointment;
a chief executive officer’s appointment;
an authorised person’s appointment;
the authority of the chief executive, a local government, a chief executive officer or an authorised person to do anything under this Act.
