### sec.110 Inspection fee after remedial notice
Subsection (2) applies if an authorised person has given a remedial notice to a business proprietor.
The local government for whom the authorised person was acting may charge the business proprietor 1 inspection fee to check if the remedial notice has been complied with.
An inspection fee under this section is in addition to the inspection fees that may be charged under sections 106 to 109 .
