### sec.102 Failure to produce document
A person of whom a document production requirement is made must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
It is not a reasonable excuse for an individual not to comply with a document production requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the individual.
