### sec.64 Meaning of notifiable condition
A notifiable condition is a medical condition prescribed under a regulation as a notifiable condition.
However, the Minister must not recommend to the Governor in Council the making of a regulation under subsection (1) unless the Minister is satisfied the condition is a significant risk to public health.
