### sec.57D When recycled water is fit for use Recycled water is fit for use at a particular time if it would not be likely to cause physical harm to a person who might later be exposed to it, assuming— nothing happened to it after that particular time and before the person was exposed to it that would prevent its being used for its intended use; and it was used according to its intended use. s 57D ins 2008 No. 34 s 652 - (a) nothing happened to it after that particular time and before the person was exposed to it that would prevent its being used for its intended use; and - (b) it was used according to its intended use.
