### sec.57B Record of compliance with improvement notice If a water service provider who is given an improvement notice by an authorised person under this division reasonably believes the provider has complied with the notice, the provider may inform the authorised person of the belief. If the authorised person is satisfied the water service provider has complied with the improvement notice, the authorised person must— record the date of the compliance on the authorised person’s copy of the notice; and if asked, give a copy of the notice to the water service provider. s 57B ins 2008 No. 34 s 652 (sec.57B-ssec.1) If a water service provider who is given an improvement notice by an authorised person under this division reasonably believes the provider has complied with the notice, the provider may inform the authorised person of the belief.
