### sec.507D Continuation of confidentiality requirements This section applies in relation to a relevant person who, in that capacity, has acquired or has access to relevant information collected before the expiry, whether the relevant person acquires or has access to the relevant information before or after the expiry. Despite the expiry, former chapter 8, part 7A, division 6 continues to apply in relation to the relevant person.
