### sec.507 Validation of particular directions given by emergency officers
This section applies in relation to a direction under section 362H given to a person, before the commencement, by sending the direction by electronic communication to a unique electronic address nominated by the person for the giving of the direction.
The direction is declared to be, and always to have been, as validly given as if—
section 362HA had been in force on the day the direction was given; and
the person had consented to the use of the unique electronic address for the giving of the direction.
Also, the direction is declared for all purposes to be, and always to have been, as valid as if—
section 362HA had been in force on the day the direction was given; and
the person had consented to the use of the unique electronic address for the giving of the direction.

(sec.507-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a direction under section 362H given to a person, before the commencement, by sending the direction by electronic communication to a unique electronic address nominated by the person for the giving of the direction.
(sec.507-ssec.2) The direction is declared to be, and always to have been, as validly given as if— section 362HA had been in force on the day the direction was given; and the person had consented to the use of the unique electronic address for the giving of the direction.
(sec.507-ssec.3) Also, the direction is declared for all purposes to be, and always to have been, as valid as if— section 362HA had been in force on the day the direction was given; and the person had consented to the use of the unique electronic address for the giving of the direction.
- (a) section 362HA had been in force on the day the direction was given; and
- (b) the person had consented to the use of the unique electronic address for the giving of the direction.
