### sec.479 Chief executive’s duty to send notice
This section applies if, before the commencement day, the chief executive received information mentioned in the Health Act 1937 , section 100FK(1), relating to a woman but did not send the woman a notice under that section.
The chief executive must send the woman a notice under section 260.
In this section—
commencement day means the day section 260 commences.
(sec.479-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement day, the chief executive received information mentioned in the Health Act 1937 , section 100FK(1), relating to a woman but did not send the woman a notice under that section.
(sec.479-ssec.2) The chief executive must send the woman a notice under section 260.
(sec.479-ssec.3) In this section— commencement day means the day section 260 commences.
