### sec.476 Continuing obligation to give further information about cancer return This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a person had not complied with a notice given to the person under the Health Act 1937 , section 100DC. The notice is taken to have been given under section 236. In this section— commencement day means the day section 236 commences.
