### sec.446 Dealing with forfeited thing
On the forfeiture of a thing to the State or a local government, the thing becomes the State’s or local government’s property and may be dealt with by the State or local government as the State or local government considers appropriate.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the State or local government may destroy the thing.
