### sec.405 Power to remove or reduce public health risk after entering place
This section applies if—
an authorised person enters a place after obtaining a warrant; and
the warrant authorises the authorised person to exercise powers under this division.
The authorised person may take the steps necessary in the circumstances to remove or reduce the risk to public health from the public health risk stated in the warrant, or to prevent the risk to public health from recurring, including seizing a thing.

In exercising a power under this section, the authorised person must take all reasonable steps to ensure the person causes as little inconvenience, and does as little damage, as is practicable in the circumstances.
(sec.405-ssec.1) This section applies if— an authorised person enters a place after obtaining a warrant; and the warrant authorises the authorised person to exercise powers under this division.
(sec.405-ssec.2) The authorised person may take the steps necessary in the circumstances to remove or reduce the risk to public health from the public health risk stated in the warrant, or to prevent the risk to public health from recurring, including seizing a thing.
