### sec.403 Seizing evidence at place that may be entered without consent or a warrant
An authorised person who lawfully enters a place under this chapter without the consent of the occupier and without a warrant, may seize a thing at the place only if the authorised person reasonably believes the thing is evidence of an offence against this Act.
