### sec.388A Power to enter places to check compliance with improvement notice
This section applies if a water service provider has been given an improvement notice under section 57A .
An authorised person appointed by the chief executive may, at reasonable times, enter a place where the authorised person reasonably believes the contravention of the provision of this Act to which the improvement notice relates is happening or has happened.
The authorised person may enter the place under subsection (2) only to check whether the improvement notice has been complied with.
Also, subsection (2) does not allow entry to a building or other structure without the occupier’s consent or a warrant.
The procedure for entry under this section is set out under section 392 .

(sec.388A-ssec.1) This section applies if a water service provider has been given an improvement notice under section 57A .
