### sec.384 Return of identity card
A person who ceases to be an authorised person must return the person’s identity card to the administering executive within 21 days after ceasing to be an authorised person unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
For subsection (1) , for a person appointed under this Act as an authorised person by 2 or more chief executive officers, the identity card must be returned to 1 of the chief executive officers.
