### sec.382 When authorised person ceases to hold office
An authorised person ceases to hold office if any of the following happens—
the term of office stated in a condition of office ends;
under another condition of office, the authorised person ceases to hold office;
the authorised person’s resignation under section 383 takes effect.
Subsection (1) does not limit the ways an authorised person may cease to hold office.
In this section—
condition of office means a condition on which the authorised person holds office.
(sec.382-ssec.1) An authorised person ceases to hold office if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the authorised person ceases to hold office; the authorised person’s resignation under section 383 takes effect.
(sec.382-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not limit the ways an authorised person may cease to hold office.
(sec.382-ssec.3) In this section— condition of office means a condition on which the authorised person holds office.
- (a) the term of office stated in a condition of office ends;
- (b) under another condition of office, the authorised person ceases to hold office;
- (c) the authorised person’s resignation under section 383 takes effect.
