### sec.376 Powers generally
An authorised person has the powers given under this Act.
In exercising the powers an authorised person is subject to the directions of the administering executive.
If the authorised person is appointed by 2 or more chief executive officers, the authorised person is subject to the directions of the chief executive officer of the local government for the area in which the authorised person is exercising the powers.
(sec.376-ssec.1) An authorised person has the powers given under this Act.
(sec.376-ssec.2) In exercising the powers an authorised person is subject to the directions of the administering executive.
(sec.376-ssec.3) If the authorised person is appointed by 2 or more chief executive officers, the authorised person is subject to the directions of the chief executive officer of the local government for the area in which the authorised person is exercising the powers.
