### sec.37 What chief executive’s authorisation must state
The chief executive’s authorisation must state the following—
the reasons for the prevention and control program;
the designated pests to which the program relates;
the area to which the program relates;
the types of places within the area to which the program relates;
the measures to be taken under the program;
the duration of the program;
who is to undertake the program;
any conditions about the way the program is to be undertaken.
