### sec.366 Entitlement to compensation Subject to this part, a person who suffers loss or damage because of the exercise, or purported exercise, of a power under part 6 or 7 is entitled to be paid just and reasonable compensation for the loss or damage. However, the person is not entitled to be paid any compensation for the loss or damage if the power was exercised, or purportedly exercised, in relation to the COVID-19 emergency. s 366 amd 2020 No. 11 s 37 (sec.366-ssec.1) Subject to this part, a person who suffers loss or damage because of the exercise, or purported exercise, of a power under part 6 or 7 is entitled to be paid just and reasonable compensation for the loss or damage.
