### sec.350 Duration of order
A detention order by an emergency officer (medical) ends—
96 hours from the time it is given to the person the subject of the order; or
if a lesser period is stated in the order, at the end of the lesser period.

- (a) 96 hours from the time it is given to the person the subject of the order; or
