### sec.34 Notice of hearing of cost recovery order must be given The third party to whom the application relates must be given a notice at least 14 days before the day the application is to be heard. The notice— must be accompanied by a copy of the application; and must state— the time when and the place where the application is to be heard; and that the third party may appear at the hearing and be heard on the application; and that, if the third party does not appear, the application may be decided in the absence of the third party. If the third party appears at the time and place stated in the notice, the third party is entitled to be heard on the application. If the third party does not appear at the time and place stated in the notice, the application may be decided in the absence of the third party.
