### sec.313D Meaning of pollution notice A pollution notice , in relation to a pollution event, is a notice given by, or at the direction of, the chief executive that states the following— to the extent it can be reasonably identified by the chief executive—the nature of the pollution event; the area that is, or may be, affected by the pollution event; the nature, type and duration of any action that may be required to avoid or reduce the effect of the pollution event on public health; any other matter the chief executive considers appropriate for the pollution event. s 313D ins 2019 No. 13 s 14 - (a) to the extent it can be reasonably identified by the chief executive—the nature of the pollution event; - (b) the area that is, or may be, affected by the pollution event; - (c) the nature, type and duration of any action that may be required to avoid or reduce the effect of the pollution event on public health; - (d) any other matter the chief executive considers appropriate for the pollution event.
