### sec.279AG Disclosure generally
A relevant person may disclose confidential information to another person—
to the extent the disclosure is required or permitted under this Act or another Act, or to perform the relevant person’s functions under this Act or another Act; or
with the consent of the person to whom the information relates; or
in compliance with a lawful process requiring the production of documents or giving of evidence before a court or tribunal; or
if the information is in a form that does not identify the person to whom the information relates; or
if the disclosure is otherwise required or permitted under another law.

- (a) to the extent the disclosure is required or permitted under this Act or another Act, or to perform the relevant person’s functions under this Act or another Act; or
