### sec.240 Disclosure under Act or with written consent etc. Section 238 (1) does not apply if the confidential information is disclosed by a relevant person— in the performance of functions under this Act; or with the written consent of the person to whom the information relates; or to the person to whom the information relates; or in a form that could not identify any person. - (a) in the performance of functions under this Act; or - (b) with the written consent of the person to whom the information relates; or - (c) to the person to whom the information relates; or - (d) in a form that could not identify any person.
