### sec.202 Designated medical officer must notify person in charge of facility about extension of order
This section applies if a care and treatment order for a child has been extended.
The designated medical officer extending the order must advise the person in charge of the health service facility at which the child is held about the extension of the order and must include the information mentioned in section 201 (4) .
Subsection (2) does not apply if the designated medical officer and the person in charge are the same person.
(sec.202-ssec.1) This section applies if a care and treatment order for a child has been extended.
