### sec.199 Designated medical officer must advise chief executive (child safety)
This section applies if a designated medical officer has ordered that a child be held at a health service facility.
The designated medical officer must give the chief executive (child safety) notice of the order as soon as practicable after the order is made.
The notice must include the same information as that required for the notice under section 198 (4) .
