### sec.18 Regulation to prescribe who is to administer this Act for particular public health risks If a regulation is made under section 11 (1) (b) (xi) prescribing a public health risk, the regulation must state whether this Act is to be administered and enforced for the public health risk by— the State only; or local governments only. s 18 amd 2008 No. 34 s 651 - (a) the State only; or - (b) local governments only.
