### sec.177 Disclosure under Act or with written consent etc. Section 175 (1) does not apply if the confidential information is disclosed by a relevant person— in the performance of functions under this Act; or if the information relates to a person who is an adult, with the written consent of the person; or if the information relates to a person who is a child, with the written consent of a parent of the child; or to the person to whom the information relates, if the person is an adult; or to a parent of a child to whom the information relates; or in a form that could not identify any person. - (a) in the performance of functions under this Act; or - (b) if the information relates to a person who is an adult, with the written consent of the person; or - (c) if the information relates to a person who is a child, with the written consent of a parent of the child; or - (d) to the person to whom the information relates, if the person is an adult; or - (e) to a parent of a child to whom the information relates; or - (f) in a form that could not identify any person.
