### sec.157U Defect in relation to a warrant A warrant for apprehension of a person is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this part; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular. In this section— warrant for apprehension includes a duplicate warrant under section 157T (3) . s 157U ins 2016 No. 5 s 921 (sec.157U-ssec.1) A warrant for apprehension of a person is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this part; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
