### sec.157U Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant for apprehension of a person is not invalidated by a defect in—
the warrant; or
compliance with this part;
unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
In this section—
warrant for apprehension includes a duplicate warrant under section 157T (3) .

(sec.157U-ssec.1) A warrant for apprehension of a person is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this part; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
(sec.157U-ssec.2) In this section— warrant for apprehension includes a duplicate warrant under section 157T (3) .
- (a) the warrant; or
- (b) compliance with this part;
