### sec.157 Chief executive may report contraventions
If the chief executive considers a person has contravened this chapter, the chief executive may report the alleged contravention to a relevant entity.
In this section—
relevant entity means—
the health ombudsman; or
a board established under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law; or
another entity that has the power under an Act of the State, the Commonwealth or another State to deal with the matter.

(sec.157-ssec.1) If the chief executive considers a person has contravened this chapter, the chief executive may report the alleged contravention to a relevant entity.
(sec.157-ssec.2) In this section— relevant entity means— the health ombudsman; or a board established under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law; or another entity that has the power under an Act of the State, the Commonwealth or another State to deal with the matter.
- (a) the health ombudsman; or
- (c) a board established under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law; or
- (d) another entity that has the power under an Act of the State, the Commonwealth or another State to deal with the matter.
