### sec.156 Time for developing and implementing an ICMP The operator of a health care facility must develop and implement an ICMP— for a health care facility operating at the commencement—within 6 months of the commencement; or for a health care facility that starts operation after the commencement—before the facility provides a declared health service. - (a) for a health care facility operating at the commencement—within 6 months of the commencement; or - (b) for a health care facility that starts operation after the commencement—before the facility provides a declared health service.
