### sec.152 What is an infection control management plan
An infection control management plan (an ICMP ), for a health care facility, is a documented plan to prevent or minimise the risk of infection, in relation to a declared health service, for—
persons receiving services at the facility; and
persons employed or engaged at the facility; and
other persons at risk of infection at the facility.
- (a) persons receiving services at the facility; and
- (b) persons employed or engaged at the facility; and
- (c) other persons at risk of infection at the facility.
