### sec.142 Appeal against decision on application for controlled notifiable conditions order or extension of order
The following persons may appeal to the District Court against a decision on an application for a controlled notifiable conditions order or an extension or variation of the order—
the chief executive;
the person to whom the application relates.
- (a) the chief executive;
- (b) the person to whom the application relates.
