### sec.120 Service of initial examination order
As soon as practicable after an initial examination order is made for a person, an authorised person must—
give the person the subject of the order a copy of the order; and
explain the terms and effect of the order to the person including the effect of section 121 ; and
give the person an opportunity to voluntarily accompany the authorised person to the place where the person the subject of the order is to be examined; and
give the person notice about the right of appeal against the order and how to appeal.
