### sec.115 Duration of chief executive’s order
A chief executive’s order ends at the earlier of—
24 hours from the time a copy is given to the person who is the subject of the order unless the chief executive orders the earlier release of the person; or
the time a magistrate decides an application for a controlled notifiable conditions order relating to the person.
- (a) 24 hours from the time a copy is given to the person who is the subject of the order unless the chief executive orders the earlier release of the person; or
- (b) the time a magistrate decides an application for a controlled notifiable conditions order relating to the person.
