### sec.107 Disclosure under Act or with written consent etc.
Section 105 (1) does not apply if the confidential information is disclosed by a relevant person—
in the performance of functions under this Act; or
with the written or oral consent of the person to whom the information relates; or
to the person to whom the information relates; or
in a form that could not identify any person.
