### sec.96 Selection
For selecting a person for recommendation for appointment as public guardian, the Minister must advertise for applications from appropriately qualified persons to be considered for selection.
The Minister may recommend to the Governor in Council a person for appointment as public guardian only if subsection (1) has been complied with for the appointment.
Subsections (1) and (2) do not apply to the reappointment of a person as the public guardian.
(sec.96-ssec.1) For selecting a person for recommendation for appointment as public guardian, the Minister must advertise for applications from appropriately qualified persons to be considered for selection.
