### sec.91 Making information available for Child Protection Act The public guardian may, under arrangements made with the chief executive (child safety), make information, including confidential information about a child, gained in the administration of this Act, available to officers of the child safety department for the purposes of the Child Protection Act . Without limiting subsection (1) , the arrangement may provide for the electronic transfer of information, including on a daily basis.
