### sec.80 Issue of warrant
The magistrate may issue a warrant for a place (other than a visitable site) where a relevant child is staying only if the magistrate is satisfied a child advocacy officer can not properly carry out 1 or more of the officer’s functions without gaining entry to the place.
The warrant must state—
that a named child advocacy officer may, with necessary and reasonable help and force—
enter the named place and any other place necessary for entry; and
exercise the officer’s powers under this division; and
the hours of the day or night when the place may be entered; and
the date, within 14 days after the warrant’s issue, the warrant ends.
