### sec.66 Powers relating to visitable homes
After entering a visitable home with consent or under a warrant, a community visitor (child) may do any of the following—
look around the home and assess its appropriateness for the accommodation of the child under care;
have access to the child under care;
talk with the child under care out of the hearing of other persons at the home;
require a carer staying at the home to give the visitor reasonable help to exercise the visitor’s powers under paragraphs (a) to (c) .
A person must comply with a requirement under subsection (1) (d) .
A person does not commit an offence only by failing to comply with a requirement under subsection (1) (d) .

- (d) require a carer staying at the home to give the visitor reasonable help to exercise the visitor’s powers under paragraphs (a) to (c) .
