### sec.36 Power to apply for entry and removal warrant
This section applies if the public guardian considers there are reasonable grounds for suspecting there is an immediate risk of harm, because of neglect (including self neglect), exploitation or abuse, to an adult.
The public guardian may apply to the tribunal for a warrant under the Guardianship Act , section 148 to enter a place and to remove the adult.
