### sec.181 Repealed s 224 (Functions)
This section applies if—
in the performance of the function of reporting to the chief executive as mentioned in repealed section 224, a community visitor had prepared, or was in the process of preparing, a report for the chief executive; and
the community visitor had not given the report to the chief executive before the commencement; and
on the commencement, the community visitor is appointed a community visitor (adult).
The community visitor may give, or prepare and give, the report to the public guardian.
A report given to the public guardian under this section is taken to be a report given under section 41.
(sec.181-ssec.1) This section applies if— in the performance of the function of reporting to the chief executive as mentioned in repealed section 224, a community visitor had prepared, or was in the process of preparing, a report for the chief executive; and the community visitor had not given the report to the chief executive before the commencement; and on the commencement, the community visitor is appointed a community visitor (adult).
(sec.181-ssec.2) The community visitor may give, or prepare and give, the report to the public guardian.
(sec.181-ssec.3) A report given to the public guardian under this section is taken to be a report given under section 41.
- (a) in the performance of the function of reporting to the chief executive as mentioned in repealed section 224, a community visitor had prepared, or was in the process of preparing, a report for the chief executive; and
- (b) the community visitor had not given the report to the chief executive before the commencement; and
- (c) on the commencement, the community visitor is appointed a community visitor (adult).
