### sec.174 Repealed s 186 (Power of court if noncompliance with attendance notice)
If a subpoena is issued by a Magistrates Court at the request of the adult guardian requiring the attendance of a person before the court on or after the commencement—
the subpoena continues to have effect as if it had been issued at the request of the public guardian under section 26; and
the public guardian may examine the person when the person attends before the court under the subpoena.
