### sec.166 Repealed s 178 (Consultation and employment of professionals) This section applies if, under repealed section 178, the adult guardian consulted or employed a professional under a contract that was in force immediately before the commencement. The contract continues in force according to its terms (with necessary changes) as if it had been entered into by the public guardian under section 105. In this section— contract includes written arrangement.
