### sec.141 Confidentiality of information given by persons involved in administration of Act to other persons
This section applies to a person (the receiver ) who is given confidential information under section 140 (4) .
The receiver must not use or disclose the information to anyone else.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
However, the receiver may use or disclose the information to someone else—
if the use or disclosure is authorised by the public guardian; or
if the use or disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by law.
