### sec.131 Tribunal to advise public guardian of hearing relating to child protection matters This section applies only to child protection matters identified by the public guardian under an arrangement agreed with the principal registrar of the tribunal registry. At least 7 days before the hearing of a child protection matter of a type agreed under subsection (1) , the principal registrar must give notice of the hearing to the public guardian. The tribunal may, by direction under the QCAT Act , section 62 , reduce the time stated in subsection (2) . (sec.131-ssec.1) This section applies only to child protection matters identified by the public guardian under an arrangement agreed with the principal registrar of the tribunal registry.
